Delivery Status

Orders with a completed checkout and confirmation email are considered scheduled for delivery on the selected date.
If any issues arise while preparing or delivering your order, our team will contact you promptly via phone and/or email.

Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with an orchid arrangement or gift basket from MR Fresh Orchids, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.We will gladly:•Arrange a replacement for the recipient and collect the original item, or•Issue a full refund once the arrangement is returned to our store within the 3-day policy window.Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Please ensure the recipient is available at the delivery address. If no one is available, the order may be left in a safe location at the driver’s discretion or rescheduled with additional delivery fees.
